Our roots are in the rigorous analysis and design of consultancy, training, learning and education solutions. With over 25 years of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training solutions experience garnered from a wide variety of projects delivered to Defence.
We provide end-to-end training solutions and services based on the ADDIE and SAT models with clearly identified and measurable operational or business need and provide Value for Money (VfM). we have experience of working in safety-critical environments, including Defence, Rail, Maritime and Aviation.

We apply L&D best practice to design and development of learning pathways and assessments of competence. Our Instructional and Course Designers apply evidence-based design principles and methodologies to ensure effective and efficient achievement of learning outcomes. Our emphasis is on providing an active learning approach, where learners apply new knowledge and skills in realistic, simulated contexts, and exploitation of informal learning opportunities.

Our Training Solutions Team tailor bespoke content producing effective and engaging packages ranging from PowerPoint-based teaching materials through to fully immersive E-Learning and blended solutions which can include animation, 3D modelling, audio and video.
We work closely with our clients to ensure training solutions are implemented in the most effective and efficient manner. We understand the technical and cultural challenges that organisations face when implementing new and innovative solutions.
We can advise on change management issues and deliver train-the-trainer solutions for organisations to facilitate a successful transition.

We have extensive experience evaluating training at all four Kirkpatrick levels, drawing on both qualitative and quantitative data to link learning interventions directly to employee behaviour and organisational business results.
Questionnaires or surveys can be developed to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of a TNA or training event and conducted in consultation with you.
We develop robust evaluation strategies which supports a culture of continuous improvement.
